We were delighted to welcome renowned conductor Hilary Davan Wetton to St Andrew’s. He gave us a wonderful evening of music, performing a series of organ pieces that filled the church with sound. Between performances, he spoke directly to the audience, sharing stories about the music and its composers. He also explained the history of our own organ and highlighted its unique features. The mix of performance and conversation kept the audience of more than 100 people engaged throughout. It was an afternoon to remember, combining entertainment with learning in the best possible way.
